At Namaskar Yoga, we whole-heartedly believe that yoga is for EVERY BODY, and we are dedicated to helping you feel at home in your practice.

Not Flexible ? Perfect. Come As You Are.

Our mission is to make yoga and meditation accessible for every body, especially if you think you're "too this" or "not enough that."  No experience? No problem. You can start with beginner-friendly classes and workshops that are designed to be simple, easy to follow and supportive.
 

Our community is kind, humble and welcoming, and our experienced teachers lead with love and compassion.  We meet students of all levels with warmth and authenticity, and we look forward to meeting you.

Classes

In a hot, warm and/or non-heated setting, you can choose from: Traditional 26, Iyengar, Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtangafusion, Restorative Yoga- even Reiki, Yoga Massage, Myofascial Release (MFR) and Sound Baths.

 

We also offer private 1:1, semi-private and large group sessions, including Accessible & Adaptive Yoga for Limited Mobility and Wheelchair Users.

Group Yoga Class

Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice that links breath with movement, creating a flowing sequence of poses. This class builds strength, flexibility, and balance through creative transitions, sun salutations, and mindful movement. Expect an energizing flow followed by a calming cooldown, leaving you refreshed and centered.

Yin

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia. Postures are held for several minutes, inviting stillness and mindfulness while gently opening the body. This practice promotes flexibility, circulation, and inner calm, making it a perfect complement to more active styles of yoga and a grounding reset for body and mind.

You have a wide variety of classes to choose from and a diverse family of teachers to learn from.

 

Whether you seek a good sweat, step by step instruction, stillness, or mantra - there is space for you.
