Also known as sound meditation, a sound bath is a healing experience that activates the parasympathetic nervous system and modifies brainwave states.

Join Kyla Campbell for an experience that promotes deep relaxation, balances energy, and provides opportunities for physical, mental, emotional, and energetic release.

 

Through the various tones and vibrations of singing bowls, vocal toning, and other instruments, the body is supported in shifting into a higher frequency. In this state, miraculous changes can occur.

A 90-Minute Integrated Practice of Prāṇāyāma, Āsana & Yoga Nidra

 

Akhanda Rest is to offer as a grounded, lineage-rooted space for deep rest that supports nervous system regulation, inner steadiness, and sustainable well-being.

 

This offering honours the Akhanda Yoga tradition by guiding students through a complete and progressive practice, allowing rest to arise naturally through preparation of the breath and body rather than as a stand-alone technique.

 

The intention is to provide a quiet, supportive container for restoration that feels accessible, intentional, and deeply nourishing.

Understanding and Working with the Chakras

In this experiential workshop, you’ll explore the chakra system—what the chakras are, how they function, and where they are located in the physical body.

Learn how to work with specific chakras to support balance and well-being in daily life.

You’ll assess the current state of your chakras, experience a guided chakra-clearing meditation, and enjoy a gentle Yin Yoga practice designed to support and harmonize each energy center.
