5 Days of Yin -
A Practice to Settle Your Nervous System

w/Elle

5 Days to Settle Your Nervous System

As the energy of spring begins to rise, many bodies are still carrying the tension and fatigue of winter.

This 5-day Yin immersion is an invitation to slow down, soften, and create the conditions for your nervous system to settle.

Through longer, supported holds, weighted sandbags, and an unhurried pace, this series gives your body time to release deeply held tension and restore a sense of ease.

Each 90-minute session is designed to help your body relax and gently release into a quieter, more settled rhythm.

This is a dedicated week to allow your nervous system to stand down.

What to expect:

  • Daily 90-minute Yin practice

  • Midday sessions to support your nervous system in the middle of your day

  • A calm, consistent container across the week

  • Intentional small group setting (12 spots) for a more personal experience

  • Thoughtful sequencing to support the seasonal shift into spring

  •

Whether you are feeling stiff, tired, overstimulated, or simply ready for a deeper exhale, this immersion offers a supportive place to land.

Sthira:
Cultivating Steadiness Through Breath & Reflection

w/Angela Manzer

In yoga philosophy, sthira means steadiness — a grounded stability that supports clarity and intention.

This extended workshop explores how to cultivate that steadiness in both body and mind. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided self-inquiry, you’ll uncover stress patterns that shape your responses to pressure and change.

This is not a typical yoga class, but a thoughtfully held space for embodied reflection and integration. Leave with practical tools, renewed awareness, and a deeper sense of inner steadiness.

Please bring a journal.
