Service Description
Yoga Massage is a slow, nourishing fusion of yin and restorative yoga poses, combined with gentle massage and therapeutic touch. Supported by props and guided into stillness, your body and mind is invited to truly rest. Throughout the session, gentle massage is integrated into each pose. This involves light pressure on specific muscle groups, helping to release tension and improve blood circulation. Designed to soothe your nervous system, each pose is carefully held for several minutes, allowing your muscles to relax and your connective tissues to gently open and release. Previous yoga experience is required.
